March USDA Thrifty Food Plan

According to this plan, our family would have a budget of $186.20 per week.  Given our health concerns, we struggle to maintain this budget, but I am going to try to make this happen.   


Cost-Saving Tip of the Week: This is the last week of school for us and our time is very limited, so I am dusting off my crock pot and pre-made meals to make our life a little easier.    Having meals ready when you walk in the door, helps to prevent ordering out.
