Menu Planning- #205

We have a Meal planning is essential to eating healthy, keeping the grocery bill down, and maintaining your sanity throughout a workweek.   In addition to meal planning, I try to prepare meals as much as possible over the weekend.   This helps to lower my stress during the week.    However, if we have a busy weekend, I try to plan simple or crockpot meals.

Our crazy schedule continues and last week was a little too overwhelming to be able to write up our meal plan.   If I am candid, the meal plan went out the window by Wednesday.   I am hoping to simplify our meal plans for the next few weeks, so we can eliminate the expense of eating out.
