Free Bees: July 2023

This year we were able to pick up 167 free items.  High inflation and the economy is making finding freebies more challenging.   However, I have set a goal to beat last year’s number (247). My goal for 2023 is to find 252 FREE Items, which works out to 21 freebies per month.

As always, I can secure these items through Kroger incentives, Drug Store (Walgreens/CVS)  Rewards programs, sales, Pinch Me, Smart Source, Meijer’s sales/store coupons, sample requests, and Rebates Programs (IBOTTA/SavingStar).

January (33 items)

February (43 items)

March (22 items)

April 2023 (15 Items)

May 2023 (24 Items)

July was my rebound month.     I was able to dedicate a little more time to searching for deals and picking them up.      It is time to go back to work and we will see what August looks like next month.

My favorite deal this month was the makeup deal.   I was able to replace my older products and try new product lines.

What is your favorite deal this month?  Leave a Comment Below.

Did you miss last month's list?   No worries→ it is linked below.

Living Large In the Cheap Seats---> June -July 2025

Living Large In the Cheap Seats June- July 2025 I was first introduced to “Living Large In the Cheap Seats” by a college friend, Chris J., who introduced me to lawn tickets for popular bands.   We were able to see concerts at a significantly discounted rate.   After reading Brokenomics by Dina Gachman, I revised this concept and decided to share it with you.  I have been doing this for years and enjoyed wonderful experiences for FREE! Concert in the Park Series The Keehner Park concerts are 7-9 p.m. on select Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day at the Keehner Park Amphitheater.  The free concerts welcome all guests to pack a picnic for the evening.  Sorry, but alcohol is NOT permitted.
