Free-Bees: June 2023

This year we were able to pick up 140 free items.  High inflation and the economy is making finding freebies more challenging.   However, I have set a goal to beat last year’s number (247). My goal for 2023 is to find 252 FREE Items, which works out to 21 freebies per month.

As always, I can secure these items through Kroger incentives, Drug Store (Walgreens/CVS)  Rewards programs, sales, Pinch Me, Smart Source, Meijer’s sales/store coupons, sample requests, and Rebates Programs (IBOTTA/SavingStar).

January (33 items)

February (43 items)

March (22 items)

April 2023 (15 Items)

May 2023 (24 Items)

Here is my June 2023 list of Free-Bees!

June 2023 ( 3 Items)

  1. 2 Dunkin Donuts- National Donut Day

  2. 8x10 photo- Walgreens store code

June was an extremely busy month and I didn’t have a lot of time to search for deals.   The result was finding just 3 items this month.    Hopefully, July will be a little better.

My favorite deal this month was the free photo.   I hung this framed picture in my bathroom with really elevates its appearance.

Since  October has 5 weeks, our monthly budget is $952.50.   We elevate our dining experiences by including fresh fruits, vegetables, and higher-quality meats.  Since our family has specific dietary needs, we limit our consumption of highly processed food.   Grocery Shopping Tip:     Rethink lunchmeat.     The deli will provide you with thin-sliced meat or presliced deli meat, but you will pay a premium per pound.     ($6.49 to $15.00 per pound) However, if you buy a ½ boneless ham (unsliced or presliced), the price point will drop to between ...
