Experiment Success: I have read about regrowing kitchen scraps to produce more
food, but hadn’t tried it. Since we are working on Kitchen Waste, (See Post:

end of our Romaine lettuce and placed it in water on my window sill. Wow- It worked.

Paid the final payment of my son’s swim for the year. This gave us a significant
savings by paying it early.
Finished my low spend month. Although I didn’t make my ultimate goal of $35.00 per
week, we were able to save $198.04. If your interested in our low spend month here
are my posts:
Packed lunch and crockpot to the rescue. We had an early morning swim meet last
Sunday. So I pre-made and packed Breakfast, Snacks and Lunch for the family. The
saved us from eating out. In addition, I put dinner in the crockpot and it was ready for
us when we got home.
Changed the headlight in my car instead of taking it to a garage.
