October 2020 Free-Bees

So far this year we were able to pick up 302 free items.  With our current health

crisis the deals are very limited and hard to come.   We are grateful for

everything we are able to pick up especially because we are only going to the

store when we need a list of items.

As always, I am able to secure these items though Kroger incentives, Giant

Eagle Advantage Program, Drug Store (Walgreens/CVS)  Rewards programs,

sales, Pinch Me, Smart Source, Meijer’s Buy 10 get the 11th free sale, and

Rebates Programs (IBOTTA/SavingStar).

Although September seems like it was a little light on the free-bees, but in reality,

I started back at school and have difficulty coordinating all of the deals.

Hopefully October will be a better month.

My favorite deal this month was the oral care deals.    We were able to donate

oral care to our local food bank this month.

What is your favorite deal this month?

Since March has 4 weeks, our monthly budget is $757.20.   We elevate our dining experiences by including fresh fruits, vegetables, and higher-quality meats.  Since we have health concerns and are active individuals, we limit our processed food choices.    Grocery Shopping Tip:     Utilize your grocery store’s loyalty program. This month, my 2 primary grocery stores have provided me with store coupons for bread, Silk milk, jelly candy, frozen vegetables, and Bali coconut water.  Here is what we did this week to make our week easier: ...
