Free-Bees July 2020

So far this year we were able to pick up 206 free items.  With our current
health crisis the deals are very limited and hard to come.   We are grateful for
everything we are able to pick up especially because we are only going to the
store when we need a list of items.      
As always, I am able to secure these items though Kroger incentives, Giant
Eagle Advantage Program, Drug Store (Walgreens/CVS)  Rewards programs,
sales, Pinch Me, Smart Source, Meijer’s Buy 10 get the 11th free sale, and
Rebates Programs (IBOTTA/SavingStar).

My favorite deal this month was the Extra Thanks July Offers.    We were able
to try new products and there was a variety of different products to try.

Since March has 4 weeks, our monthly budget is $757.20.   We elevate our dining experiences by including fresh fruits, vegetables, and higher-quality meats.  Since we have health concerns and are active individuals, we limit our processed food choices.    Grocery Shopping Tip:     Utilize your grocery store’s loyalty program.
