Our meals need to be nutritious, clean, flexible, quick and cost effective.
Between our work schedules and after school activities, we need to carefully
plan our meals so that we do not end up ordering out.  


What did we spend?

Low Spend Month Challenge:  
I tried hard to limit my spending, but with our schedule it was better just to buy
the easy meals, then eat out all of the time.   We already had to eat out twice
this week because of our Regional Meet. No need to make it more. All in all
not bad, we saved $100.34.  


NOTE: Next week we are going to change our menu posting day to
Mondays.

Tonight time was a little tighter, so
we ordered Chinese to go and shared 
1 dinner.

Everyone ordered 1 
Item and we shared it.

Monday
Carpool failed tonight, so we 
Pull out one of our emergency meals.   
So blessed to have this in the downstairs 
Refrigerator.

been lucky to get recipes from my good friend Heather and one of my
husband’s coworkers.    I can’t wait to try them.

Since March has 4 weeks, our monthly budget is $757.20.   We elevate our dining experiences by including fresh fruits, vegetables, and higher-quality meats.  Since we have health concerns and are active individuals, we limit our processed food choices.    Grocery Shopping Tip:     Utilize your grocery store’s loyalty program.
