February USDA Thrifty Food Plan

According to this plan our family would have a budget of $185.90 per week.  Given our health concerns, we struggle to maintain this budget, but I am going to try to make this happen.   


Cost Saving Tip of the Week: Always check the discount rack.   This week I found boxes of Kodiak high protein granola bars for $1.50.   What made this even better was that once I scanned them into my store app, it was included in the weekly deal, so they were reduced to only $0.50 each.

for under $5.00.- WOW!)
